Looking for a roommate to rent a room in my home.
The rent would be $650.00 a month plus half of the utilities.
My home is a one level rancher in Constant Friendship in Abingdon, Maryland located in Harford County.
The rancher is a total of 1,664 square feet on a 1/4 acre lot.
The home is located close to I-95, and is convenient to many stores and restuarants.
You must LOVED DOGS, since I have two of them.
I am looking for a NON-SMOKER, and would prefer a female roommate.
The size of the back bedroom is 12 x 16.
It's freshly painted/carpeted and is unfurnished at this time.
There is a bathroom a few steps away in the main hallway.
